The Pacifichem 2025 organizing committee and staff strive to ensure accessibility for everyone at Pacifichem 2025. Registrants who requested accessibility accommodations while registering online have been contacted individually.  

Please note that requests must be received by 14 November so the necessary accommodations can be made. Pacifichem staff will try to accommodate requests received after 14 November.

For those who did not request them before 14 November, scooters are available on a first-come, first-served basis at the convention center information desk.

Pacifichem is not responsible for lost items. Owners with acceptable identification can retrieve lost items turned into staff during information and registration desk hours. Lost items not claimed by the closure of the event are given to the venue’s security office.
